This is a reply to . who tagged. Chatterbox is down so I can't quote what he said but it goes something like "if love can be described then it is not love." Well I would like to comment on that statement you make.
Firstly, if love cannot be described then are you saying that the bible is a sham? And that the christians and catholics are reading nothing but lies from the bible? There is a passage in the Corinthians which said this : Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes. This is how the bible describe love. So is the bible lying?
Furthermore, love is a feeling. Can you not describe a feeling? So why then do we learn to describe anger? Or happiness? If we can describe the frustration we are feeling, then why can't we describe love? I understand that love is something beyond our comprehension, but that doesn't mean that we cannot describe it. People put into words what they think love is to them. I do believe that no two person would share the same understanding for love. So maybe you think that love is undescribable while there would be others who would try to describe it, so they can better understand what love is.
With all due respect . , I am not trying to prove you wrong or whatsoever. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and I just stated my stand. Cheers mate.
