I'm hurt. Not because of the things you told me. But because of your reaction to it. Maybe I don't understand, maybe I've never been through what you had, does it matter? Your life is what you make of it, you should know that. All I want is to be there for you when you need me to, is it that hard for you to understand that? Why do you have to be so hard on yourself? It hurts to see you that way. It hurts even more when there's nothing I can do about it 'cause you won't let me.
